Extensive use is made both of in-house developed and commercial software for optical design, analysis and tolerancing of new designs. The Pro Eng 3D system is linked via CAD/CAE facilities to allow full integration between optical and mechanical design, enabling efficient development of optimum design solutions. This is supported by one of the largest, most advanced state-of-the art manufacturing (including diamond turning and CNC optics production) facilities in world.
